Chief Remote Pilot

Meet our Chief pilot and CEO Mike Appleyard who has managed his own business successfully for the past 6 years and developed the company Drone Inspections WA with the aim of using drones to improve safety within the inspection industry. Michael has served with the British Army, he also has experience flying light aircraft, hours of simulated flying and holds a tremendous interest and desire for all things drones which leads him into the drone industry. Mike also currently holds his Remote Pilots Certificate and Aeronautical Radio Operators Certificate.
